RH Metal Concepts cannot guarantee any data on this website (or any linked website) is free of viruses, and you agree that you assume the risk of any damage to your computer as a result of using this website.

Terms of Purchase

By adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process you as the “purchaser” agree to the conditions below.

Your information: is accurate and complete at the time of the order. It is your responsibility to notify us if your details change between order and shipment of order. 

Orders: You complete an order by adding a product to your cart and completing the checkout process. We reserve to right to accept or reject and order for any reason, without limitation, due to missing or incorrect information, or unavailability of a product.  

Payment: Is made at the time you complete the checkout process. All payments are made via the stripe payment system. 

Postage: Costs are added to all orders, with the exception of local pickup items.

Local pickup: Local pickup items, are only available in Canberra.    

Variation of Products

Our products are a raw steel product, which has a black/steel look. Some colour fluctuation and imperfections may be present. We take care to smooth all product edges. Due to differing designs some items may still have sharp edges and /or points, all items should be handled with caution to avoid injury.

Returns or refunds

If you receive a damaged product we may be able to offer you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, returns must be in original shipping (postage) material, your item must be unused, and include proof of purchase. 

You, the purchaser, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping (postage) costs for returning your item. Shipping (postage) costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and use return to sender or pay on delivery postage, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is not eligible for a refund

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Custom made items are not eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
